Recovery housing is alcohol and drug-free housing using defined models to create mutually supportive communities where individuals improve their physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being while gaining skills and resources to sustain their recovery.

Those in recovery are able to create meaningful relationships and reduces the chances of relapse during a crucial time in the recovery journey.


There is a community of understanding and support for one another in recovery housing.


Sober housing provides ongoing support and structure for those in recovery. Without structure, it can be easy to slip back into old habits that are destructive to one's sobriety.


Sober living makes the transition easier from treatment to recovery. Many people finishing treatment are nervous and scared to make the transition back into the real world because they fear they'll fail. Sober living acts as a bridge between treatment and the real world.
